We just spent the weekend in HOT Palm Springs celebrating my dad’s 60th birthday.  We had a nice brunch at Melvyn’s on Saturday morning and then spent the rest of the day lounging in the pool.  After a yummy dinner at Las Casuelas, Chris and I headed back to our hotel to watch “National Treasure 2″ out buy the pool.  All in all, it was a nice weekend.  I realized that I can only stand 120 degrees weather for so long!!
