Hello!  Chris and I decided that with the upcoming changes to our family, we would start a blog to keep our family and friends updated.  Please be patient with me as I get used to this!  I will do my best to keep you updated and entertained!

Chris and I recently found out that we are pregnant!!!  Here’s the proof:

I am 7 weeks pregnant as of the date of this post.  Our first ultrasound is next week, June 25.  Initially, this was a shock!  Chris needed an extended gym visit and a long run on the beach in order to absorb the news.  I just needed 3 home pregnancy tests and a blood test from the doctor in order for it to sink in for me.  However, we are now so excited!  Chris has been a great daddy-to-be, making sure I eat well and get plenty of sleep.  We are now on the hunt for a larger place to live.  Between the 2 of us, the crazy cats and the baby on the way, we definitely need to get out of our tiny “shoebox” of an apartment.
